MyAdmin provides access to on-demand administrative services for applicants, students and alumni.  We are continually adding new services, so visit often.  You will need your MyAdmin account username and password to access these services.
 
If you applied for a program online after March 2011, your account was created automatically during the application process.  You would have used an ‘e-mail address’ as your username and would have been asked to set up security questions and a password.  You’ll need this information to log on to access any of the services listed here:
 
As an applicant
  • Check your application status
  • Make a payment online
  • Update your contact information e.g. mailing address, e-mail address, phone number
As a student
  • Upload a passport style photo for your RRU student ID card
  • Make a payment online, view your account balance, statement of account, and receipts
  • Apply for residency housing
  • Apply for a parking permit
  • View your statement of grades
  • Submit an application to attend convocation
  • Update your contact information
As an alumni
  • Download your T2202A
  • Request an official transcript
  • Update your contact information
 
Your MyAdmin account is separate from your Academic account that you use to access your courses (Moodle) and e-mail during your program. See more information on your accounts here.
