Here you will find forms used to submit processing requests to the Registrar's Office.

Personal information: 

Academics:

  • Advanced standing
    Complete this form if you are requesting to be exempt from courses due to: prior completion of a comparable for-credit course, prior completion of a comparable non-credit course, or prior learning assessment.
  • Confirmation of enrolment
    For confirmation of enrolment letters for government student loans, please contact our Financial Aid & Awards Office. Students will be charged an administrative fee in accordance with the University’s approved ancillary fees.
  • Grade appeal
    The grade appeal process begins with an informal review. Please see the Grade appeal process for further information. If the matter is not resolved through the informal review process, a formal grade appeal can be initiated by completing this form within 5 days of receiving the head of the academic unit’s written decision.
  • Letter of permission
    Complete this form if you wish to attend another institution while registered at Royal Roads University. Students will be charged an administrative fee in accordance with the University’s approved ancillary fees.
  • Transfer credit
    Complete this form if you are requesting transfer credit based on successful completion of a course or courses at another recognized post-secondary institution.
